JoinDig connects shoppers with retailers and marketplaces. When you buy through our site, the retailer pays us a commission for referring you. We share part of that commission with you as cashback. Our mission is simple: helping members get the best prices on both new and preloved products and our aim is to save our members £100million.

No. JoinDig is completely free to use.

We need your bank details so we can pay your cashback securely once it’s ready to be claimed. All details are encrypted and handled in line with GDPR.

Shop through JoinDig by clicking through to a retailer.
The retailer pays us a commission for referring you.
We share that commission with you as cashback.

Your cashback will appear in your dashboard as “pending.” Once the retailer confirms your order (after their returns window closes), your cashback becomes “payable.”

Note: You’ll need at least £20 in payable cashback before you can request a withdrawal.

Retailers confirm cashback only after their cancellation or returns period has ended. This can take anywhere from 14 to 90 days, depending on the retailer. Once JoinDig has been paid, your cashback becomes eligible for withdrawal.

If you don’t see a transaction in your dashboard, please visit our Contact page and submit a missing cashback request. Our team will follow up with the retailer to help resolve it.

Use the Forgot Password link on the login page to reset your details. If you’re still having trouble, contact our support team and we’ll help you get back in.
